자기성찰과 하루 연습
20문항 체크인을 통해 평소 관계에서 보이는 패턴을 돌아보고, 제안된 작은 연습을 자신의 속도로 진행할 수 있습니다. 결과는 자기이해를 돕는 참고 자료입니다. 앱은 의료기기가 아니며 질환의 진단·치료·예방을 제공하지 않습니다. 건강과 관련된 판단은 자격을 갖춘 전문가와 상의하세요.
60초 잠시 멈춤
연습 버튼을 누르고 있는 동안만 시간이 진행됩니다. 손을 떼거나 다른 앱으로 이동하면 진행이 멈춥니다. 다시 화면으로 돌아와 버튼을 눌러 이어 갈 수 있습니다.
카드와 SNS 공유
카드를 연 뒤 공유를 누르고 Android 공유창에서 사용할 앱을 선택하세요. 해당 앱의 설치 여부와 이미지 공유 지원에 따라 표시되는 대상이 달라집니다. 게시의 마지막 단계는 선택한 앱에서 진행합니다. 공유창을 닫는 것만으로 게시되지는 않습니다.
성취 카드에는 비공개 문항 답변과 자유 기록이 포함되지 않습니다.
언어
한국어와 영어를 지원하며 기기 언어 또는 Android의 앱 언어 설정을 따릅니다. 기기의 Android 버전에 따라 앱별 언어 메뉴가 없을 수 있습니다.
기록과 삭제
계정 없이 사용하며 답변과 연습 기록은 기기에 저장됩니다. 자동 백업이나 기기 간 동기화는 제공하지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 Android 설정에서 앱 저장공간을 지우면 기기 내 기록이 삭제되며 개발자가 복원할 수 없습니다. 이미 다른 앱에 공유한 카드는 해당 앱에서 별도로 관리하세요.

Reflection and daily practice
Use the 20-question check-in to reflect on relationship patterns and try small suggested practices at your own pace. Results are prompts for self-understanding. This app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical or psychological condition. Consult a qualified professional for health-related decisions.
The 60-second pause
The exercise progresses only while you hold the button. Releasing it or moving to another app pauses progress. Return to the screen and hold the button to continue.
Cards and social sharing
Open a card, tap Share, and choose an app in the Android share sheet. Available destinations depend on which apps you have installed and whether they accept images. Complete the post in the app you choose. Closing the share sheet does not publish anything.
Achievement cards leave out private check-in answers and free-text records.
Language
The app supports English and Korean, following your device language or Android’s app-language setting. Per-app language settings may not be available on older Android versions.
Records and deletion
No account is required. Answers and practice records stay on your device. The app provides no automatic backup or cross-device sync. Uninstalling it or clearing its storage in Android Settings removes the local records, and the developer cannot restore them. Manage cards already shared to another app separately in that app.
