LUO is an iPhone and Android app for keeping photos, letters and memories of a beloved pet. iPhone 1.0(2) is a TestFlight beta, and Android 1.0.0 is being prepared for Google Play. Neither store release is represented here as commercially launched yet.

PDF memory books

Mark all 31 readings complete to create a PDF from selected personal memories. No daily streak or 31-day waiting period is required. Include at least one letter, photo entry, story or private note. The paper-book button is an optional demand survey, not an order, payment, printing or shipping service.

Backups and recovery

Export a full JSON backup in Settings and verify that it was saved in the location you chose. Import it on your new device and check your records before clearing your old device. A PDF cannot restore the app’s records. Back up before deleting the app. Android app data is not automatically backed up to the cloud. If loading fails, keep the app’s data and use the recovery export option.

Current distribution

Seven app languages are available: Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, German and French. Translations are under review; user writing is not translated. The current TestFlight beta has no payment or trial. The production community server and paid consultations are not connected. The community connection error does not block private features.

LUO is not a medical, therapy or emergency service. Contact local emergency services or a qualified professional directly when needed.

Trial and lifetime access in the purchase-enabled release

The release being prepared is free to install and offers an optional 72-hour trial you start explicitly, plus a separate one-time lifetime purchase. There is no automatic charge, subscription or renewal. Check the App Store or Google Play price for your region.

On iPhone, Apple transaction state establishes the trial and restoring or reinstalling does not start a new one. On Android, the free trial is an app-managed on-device feature, not a Google Play subscription trial. Uninstalling the Android app or clearing its data may make the trial record unavailable or allow it to start again.

Creating or exporting a memory PDF requires active trial or lifetime access and all 31 readings marked complete, not 31 elapsed days. Photos, letters, private notes, backups, restoration and deletion remain accessible without payment after trial expiry or refund.

Restore the lifetime purchase using the same Apple or Google account that made it. Pending approval does not grant new access. If products cannot load, do not proceed with payment; check your network and store account, then retry. Cancelling a purchase does not delete records. Refunded access updates when the store supplies updated purchase status.
